My recent stay at the Park Inn By Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz was a mix of highs and lows. While I appreciated the hotel's central location near public transport, shopping, and attractions, I was quite disappointed with the room quality and overall service. The breakfast was chaotic and underwhelming, and some staff interactions left much to be desired.
